Practical AI with Dave sells digital resources. No physical shipment is included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. Each product page identifies the files included. Our workbook worksheets are printable PDFs, not interactive fillable forms. Playing it SAAFE — 10th Anniversary Edition includes PDF and EPUB files.
Delivery and download help
After successful payment and order completion, use the download link provided with your order. If a file or link does not work, email info@practicalaiwithdave.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Never send your card number or password.
14-day refund policy
If a digital product is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@practicalaiwithdave.com with your order number. This policy applies even if you have downloaded the files. Please also contact us about duplicate purchases or inaccessible or damaged files so we can help resolve the problem. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Single-buyer license
Your purchase licenses the files to one buyer. You may use the resources for your own personal and internal business work and adapt the included prompts for those purposes. You may not redistribute, share for others to use, or resell the downloaded files or book. Team or classroom distribution requires separate permission. Contact us before distributing copies.
